**Responsibilities:**
+ Follow instruction
+ Site Cleanup
+ Assist with material handling
+ Perform various heavy duty tasks such as break up concrete, throw trash in garbage bins
+ Skilled landscaper a plus to help with high-end residential maintenance work
+ Lawn Care, planting, watering, weeding, pruning
**Qualifications:**
+ Must have basic hand and power tools
+ Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions
+ Able to work in hot and cold environments
+ Capable of lifting equipment over your head, working overhead for extended periods of time, and climbing ladders
+ Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
+ Prior experience in the commercial field preferred
+ Position may require a drug screen
