The primary purpose of the Transportation Specialist is to provide guests with an excellent transportation experience, ensuring that guests are greeted and transported to and from requested destinations. Duties include driving property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations such as local airports, restaurants, theaters, sporting events, and convention centers; assisting guests with luggage; greeting arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner; responding to guest inquiries and requests; resolving guest concerns (escalating as appropriate); ensuring proper disinfecting, sanitization, and cleaning of shuttles, front drive, and lobby; following all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; and any other work required to complete the primary purpose of the position. Qualifications include prior customer service experience (required), hospitality industry experience (preferred), a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), a valid state driver's license with adherence to company guidelines regarding moving violations, ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally and 10lbs regularly, ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift, and flexibility to work days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is full-time, evening shifts approximately from 3pm to 1am, with weekend availability required.
