Job Description

Job Purpose

A Principal Consultant - ServiceNow Employee Experience serves as the ServiceNow subject matter expert (SME) during the pre-sales stage by assisting Sales in analyzing and qualifying customer demand (opportunity). They lead scope of work calls, process leadership, product demonstrations, and proposal creation for strategic accounts. They act as a technical and practical guide in the business value achieved through ServiceNow Employee Experience solutions, communicating this value via marketing initiatives or sales cycles, and leading the realization of business outcomes through product implementation.

Responsibilities

  1. Guide the team in ServiceNow Employee Experience, providing process leadership, direction, and recommendations based on experience.
  2. Understand clients' business and technical challenges addressed by automation and ServiceNow, including industry regulations, business drivers, and security.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and virtually.
  4. Prepare work estimates, proposals, and statements of work.
  5. Respond to RFI/RFP documents.
  6. Support marketing events such as user conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
  7. Create content showcasing Thirdera's expertise and differentiators in ServiceNow's Employee Experience (HRSD, LSD) practice area.
  8. Stay current on competitors and understand differentiators.
  9. Coordinate with Sales and Professional Services for transition briefings, communicating commitments and expectations.
  10. Lead successful project delivery, ensuring scope, results, client satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  11. Develop and maintain sales and implementation collateral such as estimate templates, success stories, and workshop decks.
  12. Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and service offerings.
  13. Assist in offering conceptualization, growth, and iteration.
  14. Participate in marketing activities like blogs, webinars, and events.

Required Experience and Certifications

  1. Graduate in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  2. Certification: System Administrator.
  3. ServiceNow Presales Certification.
  4. ITIL Foundations.
  5. Scrum Master Certified (desired).
  6. SN Certified Implementation Specialist CIS - HRSD or equivalent (preferred).
  7. At least 4 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
  8. At least 2 years of experience with HRSD or LSD.

Applications accepted until May 30, 2025. The annual salary ranges from $133,000 to $159,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
