Hours :


• Approximately 1 hour, Monday - Friday, 11:30am-12:30pm, per daily Rosary and Mass.

• 1 hour, Fridays, from 3:00pm-4:00pm of weekly Holy Hour for families.

Objective: To provide musical leadership at Masses, services, and other events.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance the daily liturgy at the Peyton Center with music found in the chapel hymnals, while keeping the liturgies to the allotted time (30 min.) for livestreaming of services.


• Work with the clergy to select hymns that support the themes of the daily Mass and Rosary.


• Provide a summary of hymns played for licensing reporting.

• Provide music for weekly Holy Hour.


Requirements

-Must be knowledgeable of Catholic worship and music.


-Must be proficient on the piano, keyboard, or other related instrument.


-Must be able to work with vocalists, and/or be able to lead the assembly in sung prayer.


This is an independent contractor position.

Salary Description


$100 per Mass and/or $100 per Holy Hour
