The Internet Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization and strategy to delivery and analysis, as well as manage and grow presence across key social platforms. Duties: Email Marketing Design mobile-responsive email templates that reflect brand guidelines and drive conversions. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to optimize performance. Maintain and grow email subscriber lists while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Segment audiences and personalize content to improve engagement rates Social Media Create engaging multimedia content including short-form videos, Stories, Reels, and static posts. Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social channels. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategy accordingly. Handle community management and customer engagement. Work with cross-functional teams, including gaming, sales, and other departments, to manage the brand’s reputation, identify key influencers, and coordinate impactful campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Communications, or related field 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with focus on email and social media Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop, with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM compliance. Knowledge of video editing tools and social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Sprout Social Experience using data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure campaign performance and inform decisions.
