Florería Atlantico is looking for a talented Florist to join the opening team of our iconic global brand.

We are looking for a warm, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a  Florist . This unique position combines hospitality with floral design, welcoming guests to our store while curating beautiful floral arrangements that enhance the space and guest experience.

$18 - $24 hourly

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for.
• Maintain an inviting floral display, arranging fresh flowers regularly.
• Assist customers who wish to purchase flowers or ask about floral arrangements.
• Keep the floral area clean, organized, and stocked with fresh materials.
• Support local operations as needed, including light service tasks.

• Friendly and approachable personality, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in floral design, flower arranging, or a passion for flowers and aesthetics, preferred.
• Previous hospitality retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible, creative, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for 6 to 8+ hours.
