Your Role As an Automotive Technician, you’ll perform a wide range of repair and maintenance services with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. You’ll diagnose and repair vehicles, maintain a clean work environment, and ensure every customer leaves confident in the safety and performance of their vehicle. Key Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance including brakes, suspension, alignments, diagnostics, and general services. Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools. Maintain detailed repair documentation and ensure all work meets Midas standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service. Provide friendly, professional communication with customers and staff. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum 2 years as an automotive technician in a professional environment. Certifications: ASE certifications preferred (testing and incentives provided). Skills: Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and mechanical skills. Attitude: Reliable, team-oriented, and dedicated to excellence.
