Job Title: Data Analyst – Dynamics 365 F&O Migration
Location: Texas or Louisiana (Monthly travel required)
Contract Length: 6 months with possible extensions
Conversion Option: Potential for full-time hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data migration from Microsoft Great Plains to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data using Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Analyze legacy data structures and map to Dynamics 365 F&O schema.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor migration progress and data integrity.
- Conduct data validation and reconciliation post-migration.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure data requirements are met.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in ERP migration projects.
- Strong proficiency with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Great Plains (GP).
- Solid understanding of financial and operational data structures.
- Willingness and ability to travel monthly to client sites in Texas and Louisiana.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL, Azure Data Factory, or other ETL tools.
- Prior consulting or contract experience with ERP implementations.
