Purpose: We are searching for a Senior Coordinating Producer with a strong background in live broadcasting to join our team. The Senior Coordinating Producer will be responsible for leading and coordinating various aspects of production projects within our organization. Supervise a team of producers and production staff, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Manage all facets of production, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics, to ensure successful project completion. Work hand in hand with all departments including Engineering, Transmission, Operations and Master Control to ensure successful planning. Develop and enforce production plans and timelines. Oversee production processes, including editing, graphics, and audio production Liaise with clients at both the team and league level to ensure all requests are fulfilled. Stay current on industry trends and best practices, applying new knowledge to enhance production processes. Other duties as assigned Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required Demonstrated experience as a Coordinating Producer in the Broadcasting industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
