Part-Time Dental Assistant / Sterilization Tech – Entry Level Welcome 28-32 hours a week with potential for future full-time employment

Dr. Susan Hong’s dental office in Rancho Bernardo is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Dental Assistant or Sterilization Technician to join our warm and welcoming team. We offer a supportive environment and are open to training motivated individuals who are eager to grow!
Key Responsibilities:High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Previous experience as a Sterilization Technician, Dental Assistant, or similar role (preferred).
Knowledge of infection control standards and OSHA guidelines (preferred).
CPR certification or willingness to obtain (required).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, friendly attitude and a team player.
Open to light housekeeping duties and additional training, as needed.
