Role Overview: We are seeking a Workfront Product Owner responsible for developing the Workfront roadmap, strategy, and implementation. The role includes system governance, configuration, and serving as the primary contact for Adobe Fusion and Workfront integration across the Content Supply Chain. Main Responsibilities: Vision, Strategy, and Analysis: Lead the implementation of new functionalities and system expansion, including automation, APIs, and Fusion. Influence technical decisions and oversee the Workfront governance structure. Manage licensing and budgets in partnership with leadership. Conduct cost-benefit analyses and communicate product value to stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers and internal teams to understand needs and improve workflows. Create support channels and training materials. Product Execution & Delivery: Configure and optimize Workfront platform to meet business needs. Manage system audits, data integrity, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with Adobe and IT for system updates and releases. Lead onboarding and training initiatives. Relationship & People Development: Build relationships across teams and with external partners. Participate in professional development and develop training tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) 4-7 years of relevant product management experience in agile environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with large-scale software initiatives and Agile Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in requirements writing and user story development. Preferred Qualifications: Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Workfront Core Developer Adobe Certified Professional - Adobe Fusion Additional Details: The salary range is $100,100 - $180,600 with a 15% bonus target.
